This site is dedicated to the memory of Graham Burt.
Graham was born in London, UK on 14 February 1955. After a long and brave battle with cancer, Graham peacefully died on Saturday 08th August at the Duchess of Kent Hospice, Reading. This page has been created in Graham's memory and to importantly thank all the staff at the Hospice for their support for Graham and his family in his final days.
Graham is much loved, missed deeply and will always be remembered by all his family and friends.
Any donations raised through this Tribute Fund will go directly to Duchess of Kent Hospice, a Sue Ryder care centre.

Thoughts
I will remember Graham as a truly gentle man who was the embodiment of decency and consideration for others. He set an example of how to live a life that we would all have been well advised to follow. He will be missed.
